Return Policy

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• You can save time by using our Customer Returns Portal. Note: If your order is not in our portal, please email us for a return label (this occurs on orders where Amazon is used as our delivery service).
• You will need your order number and zip code. Your order number can be found within the order confirmation email that was sent after your purchase.
• Once approved, print the return label provided by the portal.
• Carefully package the product in its original packaging, ensuring that it is adequately protected during transit.
• Ship the return package.

• Once received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

• Products purchased from third-party retailers or distributors must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies.
