Trying this as my main product until I run out. Here is what I have learned so far.... I purchased the boaz (honeysuckle scent) because I am from Altanta and miss that smell since I moved away. However, I really wish I would have gone with a different scent. My wife is not a fan and I am not either. I was hoping for a blast of nostalgia, but this is a subpar flowery imitation. I put another product on after to cancel the smell of the boaz.
Performance: my beard is very soft and it has a high shine. Little goes a long way. However, if I am putting another one of my products in to overpower the smell, I am not sure if it is enough to make the switch if I am putting what I was using in anyway. Maybe I will try a different scent before making a full commitment, but at 9 bucks (which i do believe is a fair price) I would be at 18 bucks and I could just buy my other product that I already love. I am a huge believer of your products smelling good to enhance your mood and experience too. That is my only complaint.
Hello Carlin and thanks for your review. A perfect match to a natural scent created by nature is virtually impossible. However, our product focus is mostly on beard quality and appearance. If used consistently, you will notice a change in beard health and overall appearance over time. Scent is a byproduct that normally fades overtime and has a minimum added value to beard quality. As for scent, our sweet tobacco scented products seems to be our best selling scent as a recommendation if you decide to give us another try. Thanks again and keep the beard game alive!
The bomb or the oil is pretty nice but the smell or the fragrance needs to be more than what it is it’s too plainSmells kind of medicine he but made my beard feel pretty good
Nice fragrance that isn't overwhelming. Oil absorbs nicely without leaving a lot of oily residue. Balm softens beard and helps tame stray hairs.
For the price, the samples beard oil could have been larger.
